🚚 Shipping Policy – Little X
At Little X, we prioritize delivering your order in a safe, efficient, and reliable manner, no matter where you are located. We work with reputable international shipping partners such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, SF Express, EMS, as well as trusted local couriers, to provide consistent worldwide delivery service.
Order Processing and Verification Orders are billed at the time of purchase. Payment processing and verification may take 1–5 business days. To prevent fraud, discrepancies in billing information may cause delays or cancellations. Orders may ship from multiple warehouses in Europe, Asia, or North America, depending on product availability and delivery address. ⏳ Note: The delivery times listed below do not include possible customs clearance delays.
Shipping and Delivery Time Most orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 10 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility and vary by country. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Loss, Theft, or Damage Once a package is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, contact your local carrier and notify us as well. Claims for lost or missing items must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Incorrect Address Information Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been processed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Little X is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
